Reed School is located in Neillsville, Wisconsin. Neillsville is a unique community nestled in the rolling hills of central Wisconsin surrounded by natural beauty, with strong historical and cultural roots.

On-site vehicle parking is available for FREE at Reed School.

ACCESSIBILITY & SAFETY

We care about your safety! Please make sure to stay home if you’re sick and follow these CDC guidelines when you visit us.

Reed School is elevated, approximately six feet above ground level. The main entrance is accessed by steps. A wheelchair lift is available.

An electric chair lift can help guests up steps and into the school. Anyone with additional mobility needs is encouraged to contact the site. The site has no plumbing. A watercooler is available for drinks. An outdoor composting toilet is available for restrooms.
No pets are allowed in the buildings or on the grounds. Service animals are permitted for persons with disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
No guns, knives, or weapons allowed on premises.
Reed School may occasionally photograph or video visitors for educational and promotional use. Attendance on premises constitutes implied consent for use of the visitors’ likeness in Reed School and Wisconsin Historical Society educational and promotional materials.
